With the invoice open in QuickBooks, the extension reads the balance due on its own and shows a Pay with Merchant360 button. One click opens the secure checkout at that exact amount; key the card while you talk.

Recording it in QuickBooks Online

Use QuickBooks' own Receive payment on the invoice, drop the Merchant360 transaction ID in the memo, and the invoice shows paid with a clean audit trail. Bonus: if you've connected QuickBooks under Account → Integrations, your Merchant360 activity is already syncing to your books.

Card details are keyed in the extension's own secure panel and go straight to Merchant360 – never stored, and never touching QuickBooks Online – with any surcharge itemized before the charge.
