How it works

1. Open the panel at the amount

Highlight the invoice total in any web app, right-click, and choose Charge with Merchant360 – the side panel opens with the amount prefilled. Or click the toolbar icon and key it. In supported apps like QuickBooks Online, the balance is detected on its own.

2. Take it however fits

Key the card in the panel – the brand and credit/debit read appear as you type, and any surcharge is itemized before you charge. Or push it to your card reader, debit a bank account by ACH, redeem a gift card, or charge a card on file.

3. Reconcile in one paste

Copy the transaction ID into your software's payment note. Recent panel charges list right below the tiles – tap one for details, or void/refund it without leaving the panel.

Install the extension. Add it from the Chrome Web Store – one click in Chrome or Edge. Then click the puzzle-piece icon in your toolbar and pin Merchant360 so it's always a click away.

Connect your account. Click the extension icon, then Connect with Merchant360: sign in, approve, and the extension configures itself. No keys to copy. ( Prefer manual control? Pasting an API key created for the extension still works, and Test mode lets you try it with no real charges.)

Charge something. Highlight an amount anywhere, right-click, Charge with Merchant360 – the side panel opens ready to go. Or click the toolbar icon and key an amount directly.
