Recording it in Zoho Invoice
Record a payment against the invoice and note the Merchant360 transaction ID, so the invoice closes in Zoho while the money and the receipt live in your dashboard.
Card details are keyed in the extension's own secure panel and go straight to Merchant360 – never stored, and never touching Zoho Invoice – with any surcharge itemized before the charge.
