Payment Extension – install & connect

Get the browser extension installed and connected to your account in a few minutes.

Install the extension

Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store – search for "Merchant360 Payment Extension" or use the Install button at merchant360.net/extension. One click adds it to Chrome or Edge. The Merchant360 icon appears in your toolbar – click the puzzle piece and pin it so it's always visible.

Authorize the connection

Merchant360 shows you exactly what you're granting: the extension can open secure hosted checkouts and read their results – no card data, no saved-card access, no account changes. Tick Connect in test mode first if you want to rehearse with no real charges, then click Authorize & connect. The tab closes itself and hands the connection to the extension.

Confirm you're connected

Once connected, the extension shows the confirmation in green. From here you can key a payment into the secure checkout, send an amount to your card terminal, or highlight an amount on any web page, right-click, and choose Charge with Merchant360.

Connect manually (API key)

Prefer manual control, or received a key directly from EPI? Open Connect with an API key instead, paste the key into the box, and connect. The key is stored only in this browser, and card details are never entered in the extension – every payment happens on Merchant360's secure hosted page.
